Who We Are
Meet the Masters is focused on helping schools create meaningful opportunities for art education. Its approach combines artist expertise with educational structure and resources that can support different classroom environments. The team works with the understanding that schools need solutions that are both engaging for students and realistic for educators to implement.
What We Offer
The program is flexible enough to respond to very different challenges. It has supported communities where 12,000 students needed access to diverse artists and opportunities to connect art with multiple subjects. It has also helped address situations where 3,000 students had no art curriculum before Prop 28 funding made new possibilities available.
For schools serving military families, the challenge can be continuity. With 15,500 students transferring in and out during the year, an art program needs to remain accessible even as the student population changes. And when 450 students are affected by budget cuts, schools need an approach that helps preserve meaningful educational experiences within tighter limits.
